Why we collect information (coaching only)
As a coaching professional we are legally required to maintain records about your coaching alliance and sessions. These records can be written and/or digital form and may include basic details about you, such as you name and address, but also more sensitive information. This information remains confidential except for an issue of illegality or child protection.

Details about you include for example, your name, address, email, contact details, Notes/reports about your coaching session.
How we keep your information confidential and safe
We are committed to protecting your privacy and we have appropriate technical/organisational measures in place to protect your information and keep it safe.
We will only use information collected lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, Data Protection Act 1998 and Common Law Duty of Confidentiality We will only ever use or pass on information about you if others involved in your care have genuine need for it. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your permission to any third party without your permission unless there were exceptional circumstances (i.e. life or death situations), or where the law requires.
How we use your information
We primarily use your information to enable us to provide you with our services. However, we may also use information to inform you of events or services or to process payments.
Access to your information
You have a right under the General Data Protection Regulations to request access to view or to obtain copies of the information we hold about you. You need to request in writing and provide adequate information (full name, address, date of birth, and details of your request) so that we can verify your identity and locate your record. We would respond your request within 30 days.
Change of details
It is important that you inform us if any of your details such as your name, address or contact information have changed or if any of your details are incorrect in order for this to be amended. You have the responsibility to inform us of any changes so our records are accurate and up to date for you.
If you provide us with your email address, we may use it to contact you about the services we are supplying and also about billing and administrative matters. We may also email you a newsletter, any changes to our services, our opening hours and our practice.
We will never share your email with third parties. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive email correspondence from us.
